Returns and Refunds

It is a priority for us at INDIA in BALMAIN, that you are happy with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied, items within Australia can be returned, for exchange, or credit note, within 7 days of receipt of the order.

• Credit notes are valid from 3 months from date of issue.
• Please email us at info@indiainbalmain.com.au or contact us on 0403 350 023 within 7 days of receipt, quoting the order number and your reason for returning the item.
• Please note, there is no exchange on sale items, or international orders.
• Parcels that are returned to INDIA in BALMAIN remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them, and we recommend that you retain proof of postage.
• INDIA in BALMAIN cannot process products that are not received or lost in transit.

• The returned item must be in new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, saleable condition, carry the original tag and remain in the original packaging.
• In the event that the return does not meet any of the above terms, INDIA in BALMAIN reserves the right to reject the return.
• To ensure eligibility for a return we suggest taking care when trying on garments so that makeup, deodorant and body moisturisers do not mark any delicate fabrics.
• If your return is rejected after review, it will be sent back to you, and an exchange or credit note will not be granted.
