A unique textile art piece that combines the traditional running-stitch quilting of up cycled India saris (Kantha), with the vibrant symbolic needlework of Central Asian nomadic embroidery - Suzani coming from the Persian word suzan, meaning "needle".

Each piece is unique, and displays different characteristics on either side, often different colours as well.
Both sides of the kantha are shown in the images; the suzani stitching is more pronounced on one side
