Easy to wear mid length madras cotton dress with round neck.

Handwoven in rich burgandy, magenta and plum, The bodice features pintucks and opens down the front with 7 tiny hand wrought brass buttons. The bodice is further embellished with contrasting decorative stitching

The is created wiht multiple contrasting panels that  resolve in a dramatic emerald green panel at selvedge hem. The embroidered bodice detail, in cool green and burnt orange stitching, serves to render fine gathers across the body of dress at front panel. Fine gathering detail under the arms further shapes the dress. The sleeves, feature a saffron woven panel and resolve with two button cuff closure. Two side slit pockets.
