Easy to wear mid length plum and emerald madras cotton day dress with round neck and contrasting stitching detail across the bodice that affixes down the front with five tiny hand wrought brass buttons. 

This handwoven dress features jamdani weave with multi coloured contrasting patterns throughout, resolving in a large symphony of shape and colour at selvedge hem. The embroidered bodice detail, in cool red and white stitching, serves to render fine gathers across the body of dress at front panel. Fine gathering detail under the arms further shapes the dress.
